Baptism
Baptism is a symbol of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is a visual picture that we have died to our old way of life without Jesus and are alive to a new life in Christ. It identifies us with Christ and His body, the Church (Romans 6:1-9). It is an outward sign of an inner work. Baptism is for believers after they have put their faith in Christ. Jesus was baptized as an example for us (Matthew 3:16-19), and He instructs all believers to be baptized (Matthew 28:19).

Discipleship Groups
God designed us to grow in the context of community. There is nothing like h having friends to encourage you as you pursue your faith together. Faith is too difficult to attempt on your own. Sundays shouldn't be the only time you gather together with other believers. Small groups provide opportunity to grow in your faith and connect with other people. Even the early church met with one another in each others' homes. LIFE IS BETTER TOGETHER. (Acts 2:42-47)

Serve
When you decide that LifeBridge is the home for you, our hope is that you begin thinking about serving in the church. When we serve, we are becoming more like Jesus because Mark 10:45 lets us know that serving was at the core of who Jesus is. There are many opportunities for you to get involved ranging from being on stage, to teaching a Sunday school class, to helping with sound, to being a smiling face greeting people when they arrive. Membership is a great way to become an invested part of our vision and mission here at LifeBridge and have a voice in voting on leadership and important church matters at our annual business meeting.
